How To Order Online:

Ordering online at Mr. Dukes is secure and easy. Online orders are processed with a secure server. All information is protected against unauthorized access and encrypted before being sent to us.

Shop by Brand Name, Product Type, Gift Occasion or Search Our Database. Once you have identified what you want, enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to Cart". When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and complete the online order form.
Upon completion of your order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. Most orders are shipped within one business day and you will receive a second email from UPS with your UPS tracking number upon shipment.

Shipping:

We currently only ship to locations within the continental United States.

When To Expect Your Order:

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you chose.
Please allow two days to package and then add that time to the following guidelines:
Standard: Please allow 7 to 10 business days
Expedited: Please allow 2 to 3 business days
We cannot control weather and unforeseen problems with shippers. We do our best to get your order to you in a quick, efficient manner. These are estimated shipping times and not a guaranteed time.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO Addresses
Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited.
Shipping to a P.O. box
Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mr. Dukes purchase. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 5 days of receipt & we will happily issue a shop credit, refund or exchange.  Item must be returned to us at the buyers expense before we can issue credits.   Some items are not returnable such as Seasonal Product or discontinued, sale or clearance items. Returned items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it left our shop. You must email us for a return authorization code and insurance and tracking is buyers responsibility. *shipping charges are not refunded & buyer must pay shipping for returned items.

Package merchandise in its original condition and packaging. A copy of your email order confirmation or packing slip with return authorization number written on paperwork inside the package. authorization number included on outside of package. Within 15 days to the following address:

If the merchandise appears to be used/worn and not in its original condition we cannot accept exchanges or returns. We only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error. If you received free shipping with your order, you will be charged $7.95 for the original shipping costs. Clearance/Sale merchandise sales are final and we do not accept returns of Special Order Merchandise (merchandise designated as Special Order or merchandise not featured on our web site that is special ordered for you).

Returns Gift Baskets, Floral or Specialty items:

Returns of Specialty items, Gift Baskets, Floral -- If MrDukes.com has committed an error or a gift is damaged MrDukes will retrieve the gift and issue store credit less Shipping, Handling & Sales Tax or re-ship it.  But, again we must be able to retrieve the damaged gift to offer a refund of any kind. No refund or store credit will be issued if gift cannot be retrieved. We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need too at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of MrDukes, a customer's wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 30% restocking fee. Gift must be in same condition as it left the warehouse.  Due to the nature of gift baskets - if they look like they have been opened or tampered with we cannot issue credits.

Floral items -- Due to the nature of the items we are unable to accept returns.  Thanks for your understanding.

Gift Wrapping:

We offer gift wrapping on all purchases. Think about how easy it would be to have us gift wrap and ship your Christmas gifts for you. Some large items, are unable to be gift wrapped. However, we will try to attach a bow if possible and enclose a gift card.  We do charge for gift wrapping and you will be given this option at checkout.
